OUR STORY SO FAR
Quattro’s humble beginnings as importers of quality spares and hardware evolved to include motor vehicles and transport services over two decades Expertise in procurement, local and international transport logistics, vehicle and transport support lay the foundation to what would be Quattro’s core busines: Personnel Transport.
What started with one vehicle, passion, commitment and hard work, eventually yielded an Internationally respected service provider.

Quattro Company Ltd. Incorporated
The primary order of business was to take advantage of our experience and expertise in procurement, transportation, clearing and wholesaling of a wide variety of goods to retailers on the Copperbelt and Lusaka.
1998
Our First Bus
Quattro had a small stock of Hiace mini buses and where approached to subcontract on partial personnel transport contract at Chambeshi Metals. As time went by, Quattro was allocated more and more routes, purchasing bigger and newer buses.
2001
Our First Contract
Quattro assumed the complete running of the Personnel Transport contract for Chambeshi Metals Plc as a subcontractor to Truckmec Ltd, which still continues to date. Quattro serviced a Personnel Transport Contract with Mopani Mines in Kitwe.
2005
Kansanshi & Lumwana Mine
Contracts entered into with Kansanshi Mine PLC / First Quantum Mining Zambia in Solwezi and in 2006 Equinox / Barrick Mining in Lumwana; these Personnel Transport Contracts continue to date.
2011
African Explosives
2011 Quattro was contracted to transport Materials for AEL across the country and to the Democratic Republic of Congo; these Personnel Transport Contracts continue to date.
2012
Kalumbila Mine
Kalumbila Minerals Ltd being a subsidiary of FQMZ also signed Quattro on to service their Personnel Transport requirements; these Personnel Transport Contracts continue to date.
2017
Konkola Copper Mines
Accepted Contract for bussing with Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) in Chingola.

Quattro Company Limited is Zambia’s highest rated Personnel Transport service provider to the mining industry.
With over 27 years of experience, Quattro continuously exceeds mining contractor KPI’s which is indicative of a world class service. Current running contracts with major mining companies in Zambia means that we are transporting over 11,000 employees a day. Quattro has a highly trained workforce of over 1,000 people with branches in 7 major towns throughout the Copperbelt and Northwestern Province.
Quattro Company Limited was founded in 1991 by current directors; Graham Wright, Dimitri Klironomos and George Klironomos.

Over the years we have amassed a large number of buses and vehicles, and to look after that fleet we have highly trained drivers and mechanics. Each plays its own role in the successful development of this company.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
We have a wide range of specialized and utility vehicles ranging from 3ton to 34ton trucks namely cranes, box trucks, flat beds, Low beds, refrigerated and tippers for hire.
Integrated into our line of bussing and trucking, is our Refuse Service. We have a fleet of Skip Trucks, Refuse Trucks, Vacuum Tankers and Skip Bins for hire and we are currently servicing Lumwana Mine.
We have a fleet of fully equipped Ambulances that we hire out to our existing clients with qualified drivers that have been trained in the Fundamentals of First Aid Training.
